How long will it take to fulfil my order?

All items are made to order, with an approximate lead time of 15 working days (subject to availability of acoustic materials, fabrics) – Transport/freight is your choice, a reference number will be issued for you to keep tabs on the transport part of your orders journey.

What are Acoustic Panels?

Most popular way to resolve echo (reverberation) and improve overall acoustics of a space. Our panels are made from 100% Polyester fibres, that have been tested and certified to perform to an appropriate level of absorption. (See Downloadables – Product Tech Documents for more specifics)

Promotional Code – What is this and how do I get it?

Echo Solutions have Brand Ambassadors that will issue promotional codes, as well as special offers through marketing, from time to time.

Why do my panels smell?

The adhesive, which is used to bond fabric to the acoustic panel, does give off an odour, but only for a short time. It is best to open packaging, remove the panels, and lean against a wall in an environment that has some moving air. This will aid in allowing the smell to disappear. The smell will only linger for a few days.

How does freight/shipping work?

Within our sales process, we work with a business called Shippit.  

Shippit provide a range of freight choices for your selection, based on availability, speed and cost. You have the ability to make your choice of courier service, at which stage your order will be placed, providing you with a reference number that can track your order.

Manufacturing may take up to 15 working days. Freight time will be after this period.

Can I pick up from the warehouse?

Sorry, this is not permitted.

Are deliveries restricted to Melbourne?

No, definitely not. Our courier service will deliver to anywhere in Australia.

Will you ship internationally?

My order is yet to arrive, how long will it be?

Echo Solutions will reach out if we have difficulties fulfilling your order within our standard manufacturing lead time of 15 working days. Our freight provider ShipIt would have provided you with a reference number, please search (web site – with your tracking number) – Should it not show up in your search, please contact Echo Solutions at team@echosolutions.com.au with your order number details. We will investigate where your order is and be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Payment methods accepted?

Credit Card and Direct Deposits accepted.

It appears that my order has been damaged in transit, what should I do?

Please take photos and share them, along with your order number and date of arrival, with team@echosolutions.com.au  An Echo Solutions team member will be in communication with you as soon as possible.

I have received the wrong products, what should I do?

Fabricators and freight carriers are only human, sometimes mistakes occur.  Contact team@echosolutions.com.au and provide us with as much information as you have, your order number, order number and images of the delivered goods. An Echo Solutions team member will investigate and return your call/email as soon as possible.

I require additional backing plates and adhesive tape.

Echo Solutions will supply enough for the quantity of panels supplied. If you have used extra this is not a huge issue. Please contact us at team@echosolutions.com.au and a team member will be in contact with you to arrange payment and supply of additional materials.

Can I return or exchange an item I have purchased?

As all items are made to order, unfortunately we do not except returns or exchanges. However, please contact us at team@echosolutions.com.au to identify if an arrangement can be made.

Do you warrant your products?

Each product has been tested and will perform in isolation. Visit our best practise guide to aid in maximising the performance of the panels supplied.

I unfortunately have dirtied my panels, what can I do?

Please review the fabric cleaning guide found within our Solutions page under Downloadables– Product Tech Documents.

Should the stain/mark persist, please make contact at teams@echosolutions.com.au detailing your issue, and we shall work with you on some other solutions.
